Standard Terms & Conditions
 

Garnett Sign Studio appreciates this opportunity and looks forward to working with you.  Our standard terms and conditions are listed below: 

        I.            All signs are custom fabricated. Pricing shown on your sign quote will absolutely not change without notice.

     II.            Delivery and installation times are estimated and are subject to change without notice for all custom orders.

   III.            Applicable sales taxes will be added to your order.

  IV.            All permitting and licensing and associated cost of doing so will be the responsibility of the customer.

     V.            Unless otherwise noted, price assumes delivery F.O.B. Garnett factory in South San Francisco, CA.

  VI.            Payment terms require 50% deposit before fabrication of products will begin, with the balance due upon completion, prior to shipping and/or installation.

VII.            All orders over $1,000.00 are subject to pre-lien.

VIII.            If necessary, customer shall make monthly progress payments to Garnett Sign Studio for costs of design, engineering, labor, stored materials (including raw materials, work-in-process and finished goods), and overhead and profit based on Garnett’s schedule of values.

   IX.            Garnett may furnish customer with detailed shop drawings (i.e. submittals) for approval. Those shop drawings shall be the only representation of what is to be fabricated. It is the Customer’s responsibility to insure that all information, including but not limited to, text, color, material, size and mounting details are accurate. Garnett submittals should be an accurate reflection of any specifications provided at the time of quote. As many specifications may be subject to interpretation, it is the Customer’s responsibility to insure that our submittal is an accurate reflection of your requirements. Any changes to our written specification may result in additional charges.

     X.          Garnett will proceed with ordering and fabrication of material after the Customer approves shop drawings. Customer may incur additional charges for changes after drawings are approved.   Garnett Sign Studio reserves the right to charge for extra requests or revisions.

   XI.            A mutually acceptable project schedule shall be made part of the Contract upon request. Deviation from schedule may result in additional cost. If installation is delayed by the Customer, Customer must pay for all finished signs and pay a nominal storage fee until installation is completed.

XII.            If installation is to occur, the install date shall be mutually agreed upon. If the installation crew arrives and the site is not ready, additional cost will apply.

 XIII.            Garnett is NOT responsible for damage to anything located behind/below the surface to which the sign(s) is/are mounted.
